It’s that unique combination of beliefs, attitudes and behaviours that shape how you approach and respond to the situations that arise in your work.
It's more than technical knowledge or skills. They are part of it, for sure. But it's also a way of thinking and acting that delivers outcomes, good and bad, for your business.
If you have honed a well-developed business mindset, it’s likely you possess a deep understanding of your market, your customers, and your competition. You effectively identify opportunities, make strategic decisions, and inspire your teams to pull together towards your business’s vision.
